CapeSecco Chenin blanc is light-bodied, vibrant, and fresh wine with a crisp acidity. Elegant and fragrant notes of peach, melon and pear tingles your nose. On the palate the wine has light fine bubbles, a well-rounded mid palate with delicate tropical and white fruit that linger though the finish. Best served chilled 7 - 9 ˚C and enjoy with a Beautiful Rebel on your side.

Food Suggestion	Being a light, fruity and elegant wine it is ideal as an aperitif. But it will pair beautifully with shrimp and shellfish, smoked salmon, caviar, fried calamari, and oysters.
